Elegant Essentials
Owner Shellie Graf has been a certified fitter since 1982 and is Board Certified. She created Elegant Essentials in 1993 to provide women the most personal and private service in the most personal, private setting which at that time was their home. In 1998 she opened her first location in Medina and has since opened her second location in Mentor. Shellie, diagnosed with Kidney Cancer in 2012 can certainly relate to this unknown journey all survivors go through.

Whether or not you seek us out as a result of a mastectomy, lumpectomy, reconstruction, asymmetry or simply because you’re uncomfortable with your everyday bras, Elegant Essentials provides solutions to all of these issues. From breast prostheses, fashionable bras, specialty clothing with built-in bras to hats and headwear, compression garments for lymphedema, swimwear and gifts and jewelry, you will find an extensive selection of items just for you.
What sets Elegant Essentials apart from anyone else is their staff. You will find the most sensitive, compassionate, incredibly knowledgeable women on staff who sincerely care deeply about every step of the journey their ladies are going through. Team
Our caring staff, which includes five cancer survivors, will educate you about different products that best suit your individual needs.
We have three board-certified fitters (who have worked a minimum 500 hours under board-certified fitters and passed exams) and two certified fitters (who have attended multiple fitting classes and continue working under a board-certified fitter). Our highly qualified staff includes Shellie, who has been board certified since 1981, Katina since 2005 and Lauren since 2011.
